Most of us have spent our whole lives being told to calm down, think positive, push through. Still at Ease works differently. Instead of asking your mind to settle, it helps your body settle first. The mind follows.

But to get there, you have to learn something most of us were never taught - how to actually listen to your body. Not in a vague, wellness-speak way. In a specific, felt, unmistakable way.

That's what the Anchor is for. It's a ten-session progression that builds genuine body awareness from the ground up. Each session deepens what the last one started. By the time you reach session ten, you'll have built something that changes how every other session in the library feels.

Why sequence matters: The Anchor isn't a playlist. Each session builds a specific layer of body awareness that the next session needs. Session one opens the door. Session four shows you that you've been in a conversation with your body your whole life - you just didn't know how to hear it. Sessions five through ten take you deeper still.
