This Privacy Policy applies to all apps and services operated under the EnCentered™ platform - currently Still Awake™ (stillawake.app) and Still at Ease™ (stillatease.app) - and is operated by Epiphany eLearning, LLC.

We collect only what we need. We do not sell your data.

1. Who We Are

EnCentered™ is an audio wellness platform for midlife women, comprising two companion apps:

Still Awake™ - voice-guided sleep audio for waking at night
Still at Ease™ - voiceguided daytime nervous system regulation and calm

Both apps are owned and operated by Epiphany eLearning, LLC, the legal entity responsible for the EnCentered™ platform.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our apps, we may collect:

Email address - when you create an account or subscribe
Subscription and plan status - which tier you are on and whether your subscription is active
Billing information - processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card number
Basic usage data - which sessions you access, used to deliver the right content for your tier
Analytics data - page visits and interactions, used to improve our apps (see Section 5)

We do not collect health records, clinical data, sleep tracking data, or any sensitive personal information beyond the above.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account across EnCentered™ apps
Verify your subscription and unlock the appropriate audio sessions
Process payments and send receipts via Stripe
Send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription updates)
Respond to support requests
Understand how our apps are used so we can improve them

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The EnCentered™ platform relies on the following trusted services to operate. Each maintains its own privacy policy and security standards.

Service Purpose: Stripe Payment processing. Handles all billing securely — we never see your full card details. Supabase Secure database hosting for user accounts and subscription records. Vercel App hosting and delivery. Serves our apps to users worldwide. Bunny CDN Audio file delivery. Streams session audio quickly from servers near you. Kit (ConvertKit) Email platform used for account and subscription communications. Meta (Facebook) Advertising analytics via Facebook Pixel and Conversions API. See Section 5.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our apps use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:

Essential cookies - required for the app to function (login sessions, subscription access). These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Analytics cookies - we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to understand how visitors find and interact with our apps. This data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.

When you first visit an EnCentered™ app, you will be shown a cookie consent notice. Analytics cookies are only activated if you choose to accept. You can change your preference at any time via the cookie settings link at the bottom of the page, or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to:

Maintain your account and provide access to EnCentered™ apps
Comply with applicable legal and tax obligations
Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

If you cancel your subscription or request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & Privacy Rights)

Epiphany eLearning, LLC serves users globally, including users in the European Union and European Economic Area. We are committed to honoring your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable privacy laws.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction - ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Erasure - request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
Restriction - ask us to limit how we process your data
Portability - receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interest
Withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

EU/EEA users who believe their data has been processed unlawfully also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) across all services
Row-level security on our database (Supabase)
Payment processing is entirely handled by Stripe — we never handle raw card data
Access controls limiting who can view user data

No method of internet transmission is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, via email or an in-app notice.

Your continued use of any EnCentered™ app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
