EnCentered™ 101 is a two-week experiential workshop introduction to EnCentered™ a guided somatic listening system designed to support nervous system regulation, internal awareness, and embodied self-agency. There are two Zoom meetings, lasting 60 minutes long. You will gain access to audio sessions, an exclusive Facebook community, and daily prompts to guide your experience.

After registering, you wil be provided with Zoom information and access to audio sessions related to this workshop within 24 hours of the start of the first workshop session.
